If you’re faced with 100 / 200 / 300+ emails, how do you prioritise them? (Hopefully not by starting at the top and working your way through them!) Try this:
• Search your inbox for any with the word ‘unsubscribe’. And delete them. (Very few ‘legitimate’ emails have unsubscribe in the content’)
• Sort all the remainder by ‘Subject’ – that will help to identify the email strings. Read the most recent one which will probably contain all the content you need to be aware of. (And delete or move the remainder to a separate folder)
• Sort all the remainder by ‘Sender’ – this will help you to identify / prioritise key people (clients / suppliers etc) who you will want to deal with earliest.
